本文件规定了家用和类似用途干衣机的待机功率、关机功率、最终含水率、冷凝效率、能效等级、能效限定值、节能评价值的技术要求，描述了相应的试验方法，规定了检验规则的内容，并给出了便于技术规定的产品分类。
本文件适用于干衣机的能效测试、能效等级评价，洗干一体机干衣功能的能效测试、能效等级评价参照使用本文件不适用于电暖风烘干机的能效测试、能效等级评价。
