1 Scope
This standard specifies the storage site and condition, storage and preservation requirements and inspection in the storage period for the automobile (including motorcycle) parts products.
This standard is applicable to the storage and preservation for automobile parts in the circulation field. Production field and transportation, maintenance enterprises may also refer to the provisions of this standard.

3 Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following definitions apply.
3.1 Warehouse: buildings specially for the storage and preservation of goods and materials.
3.2 Freight space: little units for putting the goods within the storage sites.
3.3 Stacking: neat arrangement and piling up of the products.
3.4 Stack type: stacking type of the products.
3.5 Stack bottom: the bottom area of the products stacking.
3.6 Tarpaulin mat: the waterproof material, crosser etc. placed on the stack bottom.
3.7 Tarpaulin covering: covering the products with waterproof materials.
3.8 Stack reversal: moving the stacking whose inventory is large and the bottom has been overstocked for a long time to another position.
