1 Scope This standard specifies the bench test methods of fatigue strength for automobile service brake. This standard is applicable to the automobile service brake. 2 Test Equipments and Instruments 2.1 Test equipments 2.1.1 Test equipments are the single torsion beam or double torsion beam fatigue brake testing stand. 2.1.2 The dynamic input devices of test bench shall meet the requirements of braking torque for brake. 2.2 Requirements of instrument and precision 2.2.1 For the instruments and meters indicating and recording all kinds of parameters, the precision grade shall not be less than Grade 2.5. 2.2.2 The control error of braking torque shall be ±5%.
