Introduction of QC/T 597.1-2017

本部分规定了以防松为目的兼有密封功能的、在外螺纹紧固件（螺栓、螺钉和螺柱）上预涂的非重复使用微胶囊锁固层的术语、定义和代号、要求及试验方法。
本部分适用于螺纹符合GB/T 193、公称直径为3 mm～24 mm、应用温度范围为-50 ℃～+150 ℃的螺栓。
本部分适用于符合GB/T 3098.1规定的由碳钢或合金钢制造的、以及符合GB/T 3098.6规定的由不锈钢制造的螺栓。低于8.8级的十字槽螺钉、内六角花形盘头螺钉以及头部承载能力小的螺钉可参照采用。
本部分规定的粘附层适用于以下场合：
--不需要控制粘附层摩擦因数；
--需要控制粘附层摩擦因数；
--需要同时控制粘附层摩擦因数和温度。
如果本部分规定的粘附层仅用于锁固，则可以不采用5.4和6.6的规定。
