本标准规定了对司法鉴定/法庭科学机构公正性、保密性、组织、委托受理、分包、采购、服务客户、纠正措施、记录、人员、培训和考核、设施环境、鉴定方法、仪器设备、抽样/取样、检材/样本的处置、结果质量保证及鉴定文书的认可专业要求。
本标准适用于开展电子物证鉴定、法医物证DNA鉴定、微量物证鉴定、法医学鉴定、文书鉴定、痕迹鉴定、法医毒物分析和毒品鉴定、声像资料鉴定的司法鉴定/法庭科学机构。
