本文件规定了人民防空防护设备(防护门类)的术语和定义、分类和代号、建筑接口、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、标牌、包装、运输和贮存。
本文件适用于5级及以下人民防空工程用防护设备(防护门类)(以下简称门类防护设备)的研发、生产、安装、检验，其它可参照执行。
门类防护设备研发单位应依据本文件编制研发产品检验检测标准或文件，研发单位编制的检验检测标准或文件必须满足本文件的要求。
本文件带※适用于新型门类防护设备。
门类防护设备除应符合本文件的规定外,尚应符合国家、行业现行的有关安全、环保、防火及其它强制性标准的规定。
