Introduction of SBJ/T 08-2007
本规范适用于新建、扩建和改建的牛羊屠宰车间与分割车间的工程设计，其规模按班屠宰量分为三级：
Ⅰ级：牛150头以上（含150头）或羊2000只以上（含2000只）；
Ⅱ级：牛50～150头（含50头）或羊1000～2000只（含1000只）；
Ⅲ级：牛30～50头（含30头）或羊200～1000只（含200只）。
