1.2 This standard is based on thermal generator set parameter standard issued in Document (72)Yi Ji Dian Lian Zi No. 911 and (72)Shui Dian Zong Zi No. 284, and supplemented properly according to set developing conditions in recent years.
1.3 Turbine, boiler and generator TCST of Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power are in charge of the explanation of this standard according to different professions.
