本标准规定了长波地波信号的电场强度和传播时延的计算方法。本标准适用于我国长波无线电系统垂直电天线激励的无线电信号电场垂直分量的幅度和传播时间延迟量的计算。发射和接收天线的相位中心离地高度不大于六分之一波长。
