This standard is applicable to the determination of dioxane residues in cosmetics. GB/T 6379 (All parts) Accuracy (trueness and precision) of measurement methods and results 3 Principle Extract the sample in a headspace bottle after heating, then determine it by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method (GC/MSD), quantify by external standard method and confirm by selected ion monitoring. 4 Reagents and materials Unless otherwise specified, analytically pure reagents and Grade II water are adopted. 4.1 Dioxane: with a purity of 98%. 4.2 Dioxane standard stock solution: accurately weigh a proper amount of dioxane standard sample (accurate to 0.0001g), and prepare with water into standard stock solution with a concentration of 1,000μg/mL, then store the stock solution in a refrigerator at 4℃, valid for two months.
