1 Scope This standard specifies safety check rules for grounding installation of oil (gas) field vessel，pipeline and load (unload) equipment. This standard is applicable to the installation and inspection of all the metal containers which contain and transmit combustible gas, liquified hydrocarbon and combustible liquid, the grounding devices of pipeline and load (unload) equipment. 2 Normative References The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard.
