设计标准和技术要求，以确保设计质量，做到技术先进、经济合
理、生产安全可靠、管理方便，特制定本规范。
本规范适用于陆上采用冷凝分离法回收天然气凝液装置
的工艺设计。
本规范仅推荐了几种常用的工艺方法及其设备、参数的
选用，不限制在设计中采用其他更先进适用的工艺方法及设备。
“天然气凝液回收”设计除应符合本规范外，尚应符合
国家现行的有关强制性标准的规定。
