本标准规定了煤矿露天采场植被重建的术语和定义、总体原则与要求、前期环境调查、地形重塑技术要求、土壤重构技术要求、陆域植被重建技术要求、水域植被群落建植技术要求、后期管控与监测、植被重建效果评估。
本标准适用于已退役或终止开采且完成地质灾害治理工程的露天煤矿采场的植被重建，其他露天矿山采场植被重建可参照执行。
