为预防共享电动自行车充电站的火灾，减少火灾危害，保护人身和财产安全，制定本规程。
本规程规定了共享电动自行车充电站的建筑防火、建筑消防设施和器材、电气安全、使用维护等要求。
共享电动自行车充电站的消防安全除应符合本规程的规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
其他电动自行车充电站的建筑防火、建筑消防设施和器材、电气安全、使用维护，可参照本规程执行。
