本标准规定了非民用智能燃气表（以下简称“智能表”）结构和原理、一般要求、功能要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、贮存与运输等要求。
本标准适用于城镇商业、工业、采暖制冷等非居民用户的智能表。
本标准不适用于使用流量计算机进行体积修正的智能燃气表。
