本标准规定了二代室外健身器材（以下简称“器材”）的术语和定义、设计原则、要求、试验方法、安全警示、标志、标签、说明书、包装、运输、贮存、管理与维护。
本标准对设计原则、材料要求、有害物质、外形和结构进行了规定。并对主要主要零部件静载荷能力、安全使用寿命及疲劳性能、电气安全、数据采集、数据传输、数据处理的信息化均提出了相应要求。
