本标准舰船用燃气轮机叶片高温振动疲劳极限试验的方法与规范。
本标准适用舰船用燃气轮机叶片高温振动疲劳试验件的振动试验。
本标准主要技术内容如下:
1.试验样品应是合格的叶片;
2.试验温度大于等于300℃;
3.试验设备包括激振系统、控制系统、测量系统、加热装置所组成;
4.试验程序为:采用共振试验原理在试验件一阶弯曲振型下,加载正弦对称循环载荷,使叶片产生受迫振动,根据升降法在指定循环基数下进行疲劳极限试验,得出疲劳试验数据。试验宜采用闭环控制方式,实时测量叶片试样振幅并反馈给振动控制仪,控制仪根据反馈信号自动调整对振动台的控制信号输出,确保试样始终在共振状态和规定振幅下进行测试,叶片裂纹的评判标准为叶片固有频率下降1%左右;
5.试验统计分析方法。
