WB/T 1012-2012 Agricultural big canopy frame of magnesium oxychloride cement composite
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation and storage of the agricultural big canopy frame of magnesium oxychloride cement composite.
This standard is applicable to the agricultural big canopy frame of magnesium oxychloride cement composite manufactured using modified magnesia cement (magnesium oxychloride cement) as the cementitious material and reinforced with fine bamboo fibers or other non-metallic materials; it is applicable to the agricultural big canopy frame of magnesium oxychloride cement composite with frame spacing not exceeding 3m and span not exceeding 10m. This standard is not applicable to products utilizing high-alkali glass fiber cloth (or yarn) as reinforcement material.
2 Normative references
The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.
GB/T 17671 Test method of cement mortar strength (ISO method)
GB/T 19766 Building slab of natural marble
JC/T 646 Glass fibre reinforced magnesium oxychloride cement ventiduct
WB/T 1018 Industrial magnesium chloride for magnesium oxychloride cement products
WB/T 1019-2002 Caustic burned magnesia for magnesium oxychloride cement products
3 Classification
The agricultural big canopy frames of magnesium oxychloride cement composite are classified into two major categories: single-slope type (winter-warm type) and arch-type. See Figures 1 to 4 for the structural diagrams. Arch-type agricultural big canopy frames of magnesium oxychloride cement composite are typically constructed by connecting left and right arched rods.
