This method to inject a certain dose of test solution into the mouse body, observing whether the mice have toxic reaction and dead within specified time so as to judge whether the test substance meets the specification or not.
The tested mice shall be healthy and qualified. They must be fed under the same condition (with room temperature of laboratory and feeding room being controlled at 19~28℃, from the same source and breed, the female ones shall not be pregnant, with weight of 17~23g. Mice having been tested must not be reused. Randomly divide the mice into 2 groups (test group and comparison group), 5 for each group. Take 10 mice with weight of 18~19g from each group for re-inspection.
