The rabbit back shall be unhaired 24 hours before the test, a 3cm×3cm unhaired area shall be selected at each side of the spine and their spacing shall be 10cm.
Preparation of test solution Clean the test slice with soapy water to remove the oil stain on it, and then rinse it with purified water and suck it dry with filter paper; cut the test slice into 0.5cm×2cm strips and place them into a glass ware, add 1mL sodium chloride injection per 6cm2 surface area for leaching; seal the glass ware and place it in the pressure steam sterilizer to leach for 1h at 121 ℃, and the test sample leach liquor will be obtained.
