本标准适用以高温电煅烧无烟煤、人造石墨、天然石墨、冶金焦为主要原料，以煤沥青、煤焦油、蒽油掺加添加剂的混合油为粘结剂，经冷捣工艺制成的低温粗缝糊。用于砌筑高炉炉衬时，填充于炭块与冷却设备，炭块与炭块之前的间隙。
