1 Subject Contents and Application Scope 1.1 Subject content This standard specifies public testing conditions, testing instruments and equipment requirements, testing environment and sampling measures, various technical index and function testing method, subscriber signalling, interoffice signaling and synchronization testing method with regards to the digital office telephone switching equipment in public telephone network. If the half connection testing conditions are not available, the full-connection testing method may be adopted.
