1 Scope This standard specifies the content and technical requirements of chemical supervision in the basic construction stage of power generation and thermal equipment. This standard is applicable to units with rated pressure of 12.7 MPa and above for thermal equipment in thermal power plants. Units with rated pressure lower than 12.7 MPa may be implemented with reference. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this standard. All supervision tasks shall be included in the project schedule, and their implementation shall be taken as one of the bases for assessing and evaluating the project quality. 3.4 The owner unit is responsible for organizing the collection and collation of chemical technical supervision and inspection reports in the capital construction stage of thermal equipment, and archiving them as the basic data of the unit.
