1 Scope
This standard is applicable to the food contact silicone rubber materials and products.
2 Terms and definitions
2.1 food contact silicone rubber materials and products
materials and products mainly made of organic silicon elastomer formed through cross-linking and curing reactions involving polysiloxane polymers and hydrophobic silica, which have been or may be in contact with food or food additives or whose components may be transferred into food under intended conditions of use
3 Basic requirements
The food contact silicone rubber materials and products shall meet the requirements of GB 4806.1.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Raw material requirements
4.1.1 The use of basic raw materials in food contact silicone rubber materials and products shall meet the requirements of Annex A and relevant announcements.
4.1.2 The additives used in food contact silicone rubber materials and products shall meet the requirements of GB 9685 and relevant announcements.
4.2 Sensory requirements
The sensory requirements for food contact silicone rubber materials and products shall meet those specified in Table 1.

Soaking solution The soaking solution obtained from migration test shall not exhibit sensory defects such as abnormal coloration, turbidity, precipitation and abnormal odor
4.3 Physical and chemical indexes
4.3.1 General physical and chemical indexes
The general physical and chemical indexes of food contact silicone rubber materials and products shall meet those specified in Table 2.
