1.0.1 This standard is formulated with a view to standardizing the design of intelligent building engineering and improving the design quality of intelligent building engineering. 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the intelligent system engineering design of civil buildings like newly-built, extended and rebuilt house, office building, hotel building, cultural building, museum building, theatrical building, exhibition building, educational building, financial architecture, transportation building, medical building, sports architecture, store building, etc. and general industrial building as well as multi-functional combined complex building. 1.0.3 Intelligent building engineering design shall aim at constructing green building to achieve practical function, updated technology, security and efficiency, standardized operation and reasonable economy. 1.0.4 Intelligent building engineering design shall enhance the science and technical function, improve the technical efficiency of intelligent system and be provided with applicability, openness, maintainability and expandability. 1.0.5 Intelligent building engineering design shall not only comply with this standard, but also comply with those stipulated in the current relevant standards of the nation. 2 Terms 2.0.1 Intelligent building The building integrating architecture, system, application, management and optimal combination based on comprehensive application of various intelligent information, provided with comprehensive intelligent capability of perception, transmission, memory, inference, judgment and decision-making, forming the integration with mutual coordination of human, building and environment, and providing people with functional environment featuring security, high-efficiency, convenience and sustainable development. 2.0.2 Engineering architecture An architecture form combined by several intelligent facilities based on the application demand of building through hierarchical structure planning of such application functions of intelligent system engineering as facility, business, management, etc. 2.0.3 Information application system The system combined by various kinds of information facility, operating procedure and relevant application equipment, etc. and based on such intelligent systems as information facility system and building management system, etc. in order to meet the needs of various specialized business, standardized operation and management. 2.0.4 Intelligent integration system The system with such comprehensive application functions as information aggregation, resource sharing, coordinated operation, optimal management, etc. formed in various intelligent information integration modes based on uniform information platform in order to realize the operation and management objectives of building. 2.0.5 Information facility system The system with composite basic condition of public communication services of building formed by integrating various information systems with functions like receiving, exchange, transmission, processing, storage and display, etc. in order to meet the demand of information communication for the application and management of building.
