ＧＢ／Ｔ１４４５４《香料通用试验方法》由15个部分组成，本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ１４４５４的第２部分。本部分是对ＧＢ／Ｔ１４４５４．２—１９９３《香料　香气评定法》的修订。本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ１４４５４．２—１９９３相比，主要是增加了三角评析法。ＧＢ／Ｔ１４４５４的本部分的第一法规定了采用三角评析法来评析和判定待检试样的香气与标样之间的差别，适用于香料香气的常规控制。
