1 Scope This standard specifies the LC-MS-MS method for the determination of lincomycin, oleandomycin, erythromycin, tilmicosin, tylosin, spiramycin, kitasamycin and josamycin residues in fugu and eel. This standard is applicable to the determination of lincomycin, oleandomycin, erythromycin, tilmicosin, tylosin, spiramycin, kitasamycin and josamycin residues in fugu and eel. Method detection limit of this standard: 2.0μg/kg for lincomycin, oleandomycin, erythromycin, tilmicosin, tylosin, spiramycin, kitasamycin and josamycin in fugu; 2.0μg/kg for lincomycin, erythromycin, tylosin and kitasamycin and 5.0μg/kg for spiramycin, oleandomycin, josamycin and tilmicosin in eel. 2 Normative references The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard.
