GB/T 23301-2024 Cast aluminum alloys for automobile wheels
1 Scope
This document specifies the designation and code, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, quality certificate, packaging, transportation and storage of cast aluminum alloys for automobile wheels.
This document is applicable to the production and inspection of cast aluminum alloys for automobile wheels (including aluminum alloy melt and aluminum ingots).

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 5611 apply.
4 Alloy designation and code
4.1 Alloy designation
The designation representation of casting aluminum alloys for wheels (hereinafter referred to as aluminum alloy) shall meet the requirements of GB/T 8063.
4.2 Code for alloy
The code for aluminum alloy shall be indicated as follows:
ZL101A-X
Alloy serial number
No. 01 alloy of high-quality casting alloy - Al-Si series alloy
Example: ZL101A-1 denotes the No. 1 alloy of the No. 01 alloy of high-quality casting alloy - Al-Si series alloy
4.3 Aluminium alloy state
F——as-cast state.
T6——the solution treatment is fully artificially aged.
4.4 Modification treatment of aluminum alloy
Strontium modification treatment should be adopted for aluminum alloy modification. It is permitted to use other modifiers and other methods of modification under the premise of meeting the mechanical properties of the wheels.
