Wind turbine - Double-fed asynchronous generator - Part 2: Testing methods 1 Scope This part of GB/T 23479 specifies the testing methods for low-voltage double-fed asynchronous generators for grid-connected wind turbines. This part of GB/T 23479 is applicable to the performance testing of low-voltage double-fed asynchronous generators for grid-connected wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as generators). 2 Normative references The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this part of GB/T 23479, constitute provisions of this part. For dated references, subsequent amendments (excluding corrections), or revisions, of any of these publications do not apply to this part. However parties to agreements based on this part are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the normative documents indicated below. GB/T 1029 Test procedures for three-phase synchronous machines GB/T 1032 Test procedures for three-phase induction motors GB 10068 Mechanical vibration of certain machines with shaft heights 56 mm and higher - Measurement, evaluation and limits of vibration severity (GB 10068-2008, IEC 60034-14: 2007, IDT) GB/T 10069.1 Measurement of airborne noise emitted by rotating electrical machines and the noise limits - Part 1: Method for the measurement of airborne noise emitted by rotating electrical machines (GB/T 10069.1-2006, ISO 1680:1999, MOD) GB/T 14549 Quality of electric energy supply-Harmonics in public supply network JB/T 5811 Test method and limits of form-wound winding for alternating current low-voltage electrical machines JB/T 7836.1 Electric heater for electrical machine - Part 1: General technique specifications JB/T 9615.1 Test methods of the interturn insulation on random wound winding for AC low-voltage machines JB/T 10500.1 Embedded thermometer resistance for electrical machines - Part 1: General specification, measuring methods and examine rule 3 Testing requirements and preparation 3.1 The grid-connected power supply shall meet the requirements of relevant national standards, and the frequency converter connected with the rotor shall meet the requirements for generator rotor excitation. 3.2 During the testing, the accuracy of electrical measuring instruments (except tramegger) shall not be inferior to Grade 0.5, and that of the current sensor shall not be inferior to Grade 0.2, and that of the power transducer shall not be inferior to Grade 0.5, and that of the tachometer shall not be inferior to Grade 1.0. 3.3 The preparation before testing shall meet the requirements of GB/T 1032 and GB/T 1029. 4 Testing items and methods 4.1 Mechanical and electrical inspections 4.1.1 Appearance inspection. 4.1.2 The rotor shall be smooth and flexible, free of stagnant and abnormal noise in case it is rotated. 4.1.3 Inspect the contact area between the brush and collector ring and it shall not be less than 80%. 4.1.4 The sensor status shall be inspected. 4.2 Determination of insulation resistance a) The insulation resistance of the stator and rotor shall be measured at cooling state and heat state, respectively. The measurement method shall meet the requirements of GB/T 1032. b) The insulation resistance of the heater shall be determined according to the method specified in JB/T 7836.1;
