本标准规定了光伏发电站并网运行控制的基本规定，以及运行管理、功率预测、发电计划、有功功率控制、无功功率控制、继电保护及安全自动装置运行、电力通信运行、调度自动化运行、设备检修、事故记录与报告的要求。?
本标准适用于通过35 kV及以上电压等级并网，以及通过10 kV电压等级与公共电网连接的新建、改建和扩建光伏发电站。
