1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements, operation management, power forecasting, power generation scheduling, power control, operation of relay protection and security automatic devices, power communication operation, dispatch automation operation and verification methods for the gridconnected operation control of photovoltaic power stations.
This document applies to the gridconnected operation control of new, reconstructed or expanded photovoltaic power stations connected to the power grid at voltage levels of 10 kV and above.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 19964, GB/T 31464 and the following apply.
3.1 PV power forecasting
The process of establishing a photovoltaic power forecasting model using historical power data, historical meteorological data and historical equipment operating status data of a photovoltaic power station, taking information such as irradiance, power or numerical weather prediction data as model inputs, and predicting the future active power of the photovoltaic power station, taking into account the equipment status and operating conditions of the photovoltaic power generation system.
NOTE: Depending on the forecast period, it can be classified into mediumterm, shortterm and ultrashortterm PV power forecasting.

3.2 mediumterm PV power forecasting
The active power forecast of a photovoltaic power station from 00:00 the next day up to 240 hours ahead, with a time resolution of 15 minutes.

4 Basic Requirements
4.1 Photovoltaic power stations shall have the capability for power grid peak regulation, frequency regulation and voltage regulation, and shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 31464, GB 38755, GB/T 40594 and GB/T 40595.
4.2 Photovoltaic power stations shall have the capability to exchange information with the grid dispatching authority. The information exchange content, exchange method and performance indicators shall meet the requirements of GB/T 40604.
4.3 Photovoltaic power stations shall have mediumterm, shortterm and ultrashortterm PV power forecasting functions, and shall submit power forecasts and generation schedules as specified.
4.4 Photovoltaic power stations shall have automatic active power and reactive power regulation functions and shall be able to automatically execute the generation schedules issued by the grid dispatching authority.
4.5 The monitoring system, power forecasting system, relay protection and security automatic devices, power communication system and dispatch automation system of a photovoltaic power station shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 36572.
4.6 Photovoltaic power stations shall be responsible for the operation, maintenance and upgrading of their internal monitoring system, power forecasting system, relay protection and security automatic devices, power communication system and dispatch automation system, and shall accept the professional management and technical supervision of the grid dispatching authority.
5 Operation Management
5.1 Photovoltaic power stations shall be staffed with professional technical personnel in automation, relay protection, monitoring, communication and network security, and shall submit their information to the grid dispatching authority for record. Operational shift personnel at photovoltaic power stations shall have received onthejob training and hold the qualification certificates issued by the grid dispatching authority.
5.2 The operation and maintenance of gridconnected equipment at a photovoltaic power station shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the grid dispatching authority.
5.3 Photovoltaic power stations shall ensure the stable operation of their monitoring system, power forecasting system, relay protection and security automatic devices, power communication system and dispatch automation system, and shall transmit operating information of the primary and secondary systems, meteorological information and power forecasting information to the grid dispatching authority in a timely, accurate and reliable manner.
5.4 Photovoltaic power stations shall promptly report to the grid dispatching authority any changes to their primary system equipment, secondary system equipment and their security protection schemes.
5.5 When a photovoltaic power station is taken out of operation under emergency or fault conditions, it shall immediately report to the grid dispatching authority and may only be reconnected to the grid according to dispatch instructions after obtaining the consent of the grid dispatching authority. The photovoltaic power station shall keep accident records and promptly report them to the grid dispatching authority.

4 Basic Requirements
4.1 Photovoltaic power stations shall have the capability for power grid peak regulation, frequency regulation and voltage regulation, and shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 31464, GB 38755, GB/T 40594 and GB/T 40595.
