1 Scope
This standard specifies the energy consumption limits for electric vehicles.
This standard is applicable to Type M1 blade electric vehicles with a maximum design gross mass not exceeding 3 500 kg.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purpose of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 18386-2017 and GB/T 19596 apply.
4 General Requirements
4.1 The unit of vehicle type energy consumption rate shall be measured under running mode specified in GB/T 18386-2017, and shall be converted from (W•h)/km to (kW•h)/100 km. The same significant digits shall be retained after conversion.
4.2 The vehicle type energy consumption rate shall comply with the corresponding limits specified in this standard.
5 Energy Consumption Limits
5.1 For vehicles with three rows of seats or below and the maximum speed greater than or equal to 120 km/h, the energy consumption limits as specified in Table 1.
5.2 Except for the vehicle types specified in 5.1, the energy consumption rate limits of other vehicle types shall be calculated as follows, and the result shall be rounded to one decimal place after calculation:
a) For vehicles with three rows of seats or below1 and the maximum speed is less than 120 km/h, the corresponding limits of energy consumption rate specified in Table 1 shall be multiplied by the conversion coefficient K, which is calculated and determined by using Equation (1);
