1 Scope This document specifies the abbreviations, equipment types, structural components, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, instructions for use, product certification, labels and signs, as well as packaging, transport and storage of the booklet inkjet digital printing machine. This document applies to the design, development, manufacture and use of ink-jet digital printing machines for books and periodicals. 2 normative reference documents The contents of the following documents constitute essential provisions of this document through the normative references in the text. Among them, note the date of the reference document, only the date of the corresponding version applies to this document; do not note the date of the reference document, its latest version (including all the revision of the list) applies to this document. GB/T 191 Pictorial marking of packaging, storage and transport 3 Terminology and definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 4 Abbreviations The following abbreviations apply to this document. 5 Equipment types, structural components and basic parameters 5.1 Type of equipment 6 Requirements 6.1 Mechanical performance 6.1.1 The actuator should be coordinated and accurate, without jamming or spontaneous movement; the transmission system should run smoothly without abnormal noise; the lubrication and pneumatic system should work reliably; the pipeline should be smooth and without leakage. 6.1.2 The noise of the whole machine shall conform to the provisions of Table 2. 6.1.3 Bearing seat temperature rise should not be greater than 35 K. 6.1.4 The ink-jet printing machine should have smooth speed regulation. 6.2 Printing performance 6.2.1 Lines The lines should be clear and complete, with no broken lines. 6.2.2 Text Both Chinese and English characters should meet the following requirements: a) complete word shape, no overshadowing, sticking, trailing and fading; and b) The strokes are complete and of uniform thickness; c) A minimum legible font size of at least 3 point. 6.2.3 Corner lines The horizontal and vertical registration errors of the corners should be within 0.25 mm. 6.2.4 Metre lines The horizontal and vertical register error of the metre line should be within 0.04 mm. 6.2.5 Line pairs The number of identifiable line pairs shall be 5.6 line pairs/mm. 6.2.6 Resolution lines The discriminable line width shall be 0.04 mm. 6.2.7 Scale The scale shall have an error of 0.5 mm per metre in both horizontal and vertical directions. 6.2.8 Field colour bars 6.2.8.1 There shall be no white lines in the field colour bar area. 6.2.8.2 The density value of each colour strip measurement point shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. 6.3 Cutting performance For web-based inkjet printing machines, the error in cutting a single sheet shall not be greater than 0.5 mm. 6.4 Paper take-up performance Single-sided error should not be greater than 1.5 mm. Note: Single-edge misalignment refers to the degree of unevenness of a single side of the paper roll or stack. 6.5 Digital pre-press work system 6.6 Paper path system 6.6.1 The paper feeding mechanism should have dust and static removal functions. 6.6.2 For web-type inkjet printing machines, the tension of the paper path system should be adjustable. 6.6.3 For sheet-fed inkjet printing presses, there should be empty sheets, double sheets and paper jams and other paper delivery fault detection and alarm functions. 6.7 Inkjet printing unit 6.8 Drying (curing) unit 6.8.1 should have a temperature adjustment function. 6.8.2 Temperature display and over-temperature alarm function should be available. 6.8.3 The drying (curing) unit shall automatically stop working when there is no paper or no printing. 6.9 Mechanical safety 6.10 Electrical quality 6.10.1 The electrical system shall be wired neatly, arranged in an orderly manner, with firm joints; various markings shall be complete, clear and correct, and shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 4728.1-2018. 6.10.2 The electrical system shall work sensitively and reliably, and shall have a fault indication function. 7 Test methods 7.1 Test conditions 7.1.1 Ambient temperature: 22 ℃~26 ℃. 7.1.2 Ambient relative humidity: 50% to 10%, no condensation. 7.1.3 Site: No significant vibration and strong electromagnetic interference. 7.2 Test materials 7.2.1 Standard test chart file: see Appendix A; for monochrome ink-jet printing machines, the file is output in K version. 7.2.2 paper: this white, 80 g / m 'of the booklet inkjet printing special paper. Note: Booklet inkjet printing special paper refers to a certain treatment, specifically for inkjet printing of books and magazines in the form of paper. 7.3 Measuring instruments 7.3.1 Lighting source: CIE standard lighting body D50. 7.4 Mechanical performance tests 7.4.1 ink-jet printing machine in the state of paper and no ink jet, first 80% of the maximum printing speed operation, time not less than 0.5 h; then the highest printing speed operation, time not less than 0.5 h; observation of the actuator, transmission system, lubrication and pneumatic system and pipeline situation. 7.5 Printing performance test 7.5.1 Printing samples Set the printing resolution of 600 dpi in the direction of paper walking, ink-jet printing machine to the highest printing speed operation, continuous printing 100 copies, every 10 copies to take Ⅰ copies, a total of 10 copies of printing samples. 7.5.2 Line inspection Visual inspection of straight and diagonal line areas on the print sample. 7.5.3 Text inspection Visual inspection of the text area on the print sample. 7.5.4 Measurement of overprint errors on the front and back of the corner lines The printing sample will be placed horizontally on the test bench, with the corner line of pattern Ⅰ as the benchmark, respectively, in the horizontal and vertical direction with vernier calipers to measure the distance between the corner line of the same colour of pattern Ⅰ and pattern Ⅱ, that is, the corner line positive and negative overprint error value. 7.5.5-Metric line registration error measurement With a magnifying glass to observe the metre line, the K line as a benchmark, other colour lines and the distance between the corresponding K line that is the metre line registration error. 7.6 Cutting performance test Use a steel ruler to measure the maximum distance from the cutting line to the edge of the paper. 7.7 Paper take-up performance test Use vernier calipers to measure the maximum displacement of the paper edge on one side of the paper roll or paper stack. 7.8 Digital pre-press work system check Operation Check the digital prepress work system's processing function for digital documents. 7.9 Paper path system check Operation to check the function of the paper path system and tension adjustment. 7.10 Inkjet printing unit inspection Visual inspection of the quality and design requirements of the inkjet printing unit's boards, inkjet heads and print components. 7.11 Drying (curing) unit inspection Operational check of the operating function of the drying (curing) unit. 7.12 Mechanical safety check Visual inspection of the design of safety guards and safety signs and markings on inkjet printing machines. 7.13 Electrical quality tests 7.13.1 Visual inspection of wiring, marking and fault indication functions. 8 Inspection rules 8.1 Factory inspection 8.1.1 Each piece of equipment shall be inspected and passed by the manufacturer's quality inspection department and be accompanied by a product certificate of conformity. 8.1.2 If there are unqualified items, it should be rechecked after repair, still unqualified is unqualified product and should not be shipped. 9 Instruction manuals, product certificates of conformity, labels and signs 9.1.1 The preparation of the instruction manual should comply with the provisions of GB/T 9969. 9.1.2 The preparation of the product certificate of conformity should comply with the provisions of GB/T 14436. 9.1.3 Each piece of equipment should be fixed in obvious parts of the sign, the sign should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 9.1.4 safety signs, packaging, storage and transport symbols, as well as transport packaging signs should be consistent with the provisions of Table 8. 10 Packaging, transport and storage 10.1 Packaging 10.1.1 Equipment packaging should comply with the provisions of GB/T 13384. 10.1.2 Before packing the equipment, tools, spare parts and accessories of the exposed processing surface should be antirust treatment, and should comply with the provisions of GB/T 4879. 10.1.3 Each piece of equipment should be accompanied by the following documents when leaving the factory: -- Product certificate of conformity; --Instructions for use; -- Packing list (including the general packing list and sub-packing list). 10.2 Transport 10.2.1 When transporting and lifting the equipment, it should be placed steadily and gently according to the sign on the new side of the outreach box to prevent collision. 10.2.2 printing components and mechanical parts of the equipment should be divided into litres of packaging transport. 10.3 Storage 10.3.1 Equipment boxes should be stored in a dry, ventilated place to avoid moisture; outdoor storage should be rainproof measures. 10.3.2 If the storage period exceeds one year, the box should be opened for inspection before leaving the factory; if the packaging is damaged and affects the product leaving the factory, the packaging should be replaced.
