―――将选择性增菌液由氯化钠结晶紫增菌液改为3%氯化钠碱性蛋白胨水;
―――将选择性分离培养基由氯化钠蔗糖琼脂和嗜盐菌选择性琼脂改为硫代硫酸盐?柠檬酸盐?胆盐?蔗糖琼脂和科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基;
―――增加API20E 诊断试剂条及全自动细菌生化鉴定仪VITEK;
―――增加血清学分型;
―――将动物试验改为神奈川试验;
―――增加最可能数检索表。
