1 General provisions 1.0.1 This standard is formulated with a view to meeting the needs of modern urban construction and information development, and ensuring that the materials, construction and completion acceptance indexes in communication conduit construction meet the design requirements. 1.0.2 This standard is the technical basis for the construction, supervision, follow-up acceptance, preliminary acceptance, final acceptance and preparation of completion documents of communication conduit engineering. 1.0.3 This standard is applicable to the construction and acceptance of constructed, extended and renovated communication conduit engineering. 1.0.4 In engineering construction, new processes and technologies shall be adopted to improve construction quality, reduce environmental pollution and reduce engineering cost. 1.0.5 During follow-up inspection and completion acceptance, the non-conforming work contents shall be treated and repaired by the relevant responsible units. 1.0.6 In addition to this standard, the construction and acceptance of communication conduits and passages shall also comply with those stipulated in the current relevant standards of the nation.   2 Equipment inspection 2.1 General requirements 2.1.1 The specifications, forms and quality of equipment used in communication conduit engineering shall meet the requirements of design documents and technical specifications. Such equipment shall be subjected to site inspection by the construction unit in conjunction with the development unit or (and) supervision unit, and the defective or unqualified one shall be dealt with in a timely manner. 2.1.2 Any equipment provided with a factory certificate shall be treated after quality technical appraisal if any problem is found upon inspection. 2.1.3 Inspection records shall be made for the equipment that has passed inspection. 2.1.4 After the conduit equipment enters the site, its storage, preservation, fire protection and safety shall meet the relevant technical requirements. 2.2 Cement and cement products 2.2.1 The varieties and grades of cement used in communication conduit engineering shall meet the design requirements. Before use, the date of production or certificate of cement shall be checked, and no expired cement or moisture-deteriorated cement should be used. 2.2.2 Cement of various grades shall meet the national product quality requirements. If the time from delivery to use of cement exceeds three months or the cement has signs of deterioration, it shall be tested before use, and whether to use it shall be determined according to the test results. 2.2.3 Ordinary Portland cement with cement grade 42.5 shall be used in communication conduit engineering. 2.2.4 Cement shall be protected from moisture during storage, and shall be purchased in batches, and stacked separately according to the date of purchase to avoid excessive stacking. 2.2.5 The cement properties shall meet following requirements: 1 The initial setting time of cement shall not be earlier than 45min, and the final setting time shall not be later than 600min; 2 The bulk density of cement may be 1,100kg/m3~1,300kg/m3. 2.2.6 Before the production of cement prefabricated products, at least one group (three pieces) of concrete test blocks shall be prepared according to the cement category, grade and concrete grade.
