This part is applicable to motorcycles and mopeds. 2 Terms of types 2.1 motorcycle road vehicles with two or three wheels driven by a power unit, with a maximum design speed of more than 50 km/h or that meets one of the following conditions: ——Its displacement is greater than 50 mL if an internal combustion engine is used; ——The maximum continuous rated power of its motor is greater than 4 kW if it is driven by electricity.
