Introduction of GB/T 7673.1-2008

本部分规定了纸包绕组线的型号、产品品种结构、技术要求、验收规则和包装标志。本部分适用于各种变压器、电抗器及其他类似电器设备绕组和引线。GB/T 7673《纸包绕组线》共分为五个部分，本部分为GB/T 7673的第1部分。本部分代替GB/T 7673.1-1987《纸包绕组成第1部分：一般规定》
本部分与GB/T 7673.1-1987相比主要变化如下：
——增加了组合导线、多股绞合导线新品种（1987年版的第1章；本版的第1章）；
——根据新品种需要补充部分定义、代号和型号（1987年版的第3章、第4章；本版的第3章）
——扩大了绝缘纸的品种规格（1987年版的6.5;本版的4.2）；
——修改了部分绕包方式的规定（1987年版的第9章；本版的4.4）；
——增加了半硬铜导体及其考核方法即规定非比例延伸强度Rpo.2的规定；
——增加软铜绞线的规定（本版的4.1.3)；
——增加导体焊接的技术要求（1987年版的9.2；本版的4.5）；
——每盘线的包装原则上取消2个及以上线段，所以取消了最小线段重量的规定（1987年版的第15章；本版的第10章）。
