GBZ 175-2006 Standards for radiation protection of γ-ray industrial computed tomography 1 Scope This standard specifies the protective performance of γ-ray industrial computed tomography (CT) equipment, the protective facilities of the test room and the radiation protection requirements for γ-ray industrial computed tomography equipment during use and maintenance. This standard is applicable to γ-ray industrial computed tomography equipment with a sealed radioactive source activity greater than or equal to 4×1010 Bq and its scanning testing practice; it also applies to γ-ray industrial computed tomography equipment with a sealed radioactive source activity less than 4×1010 Bq and its scanning testing practice by reference. 2 Normative References The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated references, subsequent amendments (excluding corrections) to, or revisions, of any of these publications do not apply. However, parties to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the normative documents indicated below. For undated references, the latest edition applies.
