1.0.1 This code is formulated in order to realize the reasonable construction period, safe commissioning test run, guarantee assessment design, construction and machinery manufacture quality as well as production preparation work, ensure the factory's continuous and stable production and to reach the technical and economic indexes specified in the design. 1.0.2 This code is applicable to chemical large and medium plants for domestic development; small plants may also refer to it. 1.0.3 Complete sets of introduced plants may comply with the criteria of commissioning test run specified in contracts concerned, but shall be greater than or equal to those specified in this code. 1.0.4 As for the engineering quality, safety, fire control, measurement, industrial hygiene, labor protection, environmental protection and various products related to this code, it shall be in accordance with the current relevant standards, codes, laws and regulations of China.
