This standard is applicable to three-phase induction cage motor for variable frequency speed adjusting control for 4m, 6m, 9m, 12m, and 15m shield machine cutter (hereinafter referred to as “motor”). The primary or secondary cooling medium shall not cause damage to the product or the surrounding environment and shall be free from leakage and corrosion. 4.4 The structure and installation type of the motor are IMB5, IMB9, IMB10 (according to GB/T 997-2008), or other suitable installation types. The structure and installation type exceeding the scope of the standard shall be determined by the seller and the buyer. 4.5 Rating of the motor is continuously based on continuous duty system (S1) (according to GB 755-2008). The user and manufacturer are allowed to determine the quota based on other duty systems through agreement and to specify the corresponding rotating speed, load, load duration factor and other parameters and test methods. 4.6 Frequency range of motor at speed control by constant torque is from 5 Hz to the reference frequency; frequency range at speed control by constant power is from the reference frequency to 2 times the reference frequency; in case of frequency exceeding 2 times the reference frequency, it shall be determined by the seller and the buyer. 4.7 Motors shall be manufactured in accordance with the following nominal powers: 30kW, 75kW, 90 kW, 110kW, 132kW, 220kW, 250kW, 300 kW, 315 kW, 350 kW, 400 kW. 4.8 The corresponding relationship between the outer diameter, the number of poles, the nominal power, the rated voltage and the reference frequency of the stator plate of the motor shall be as specified in Table 1. When the motor parameters exceed the scope of Table 1, it shall be determined by both parties.
