1 Scope This standard specifies the technical requirements of austenitic stainless steel pressure forgings (hereinafter referred to as "forgings") of nuclear safety related valves used in PWR nuclear power plant. This standard is applicable to forgings (valve body, valve deck, valve clack, etc.) of Grades 1, 2, 3 valves used in PWR nuclear power plant.
