本标准适用于葡萄酒中锂（Li）、钒（V）、钴（Co）、镍（Ni）、镓（Ga）、锶（Sr）、钼（Mo）、钡（Ba）元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定方法（ICP-MS）；葡萄酒中钠（Na）、镁（Mg）、硅（Si）、磷（P）、钾（K）、钙（Ca）、锰（Mn）、铁（Fe）、硼（B）元素的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱测定方法（ICP-AES）。
在取样量2.50 mL，定容体积25 mL时，本标准方法的检出限（μg/L）分别为：Li，0.04；V，0.01；Co，0.04；Ni，0.08；Ga，0.08；Sr，0.04；Mo，0.01；Ba，0.10；Na，20；Mg，20；Si，60；P，20；K，20；Ca，7；Mn，2；Fe，20；B，20。
