1 Scope
This part of TB/T 2943 specifies the manufacturing technology requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of anticreep top locklift assembly for No.13A type and No.13 couplers for railway freight car.
This part is applicable to the manufacture and inspection of anticreep top locklift assembly for No.13A type and No.13 couplers and its components.

3 Technical Requirements
3.1 Basic requirements
3.1.1 The anticreep top locklift assembly consists of top lock lift, top lock pin, top lock pin lever, etc. Each component shall be manufactured according to the drawings which are approved according to this part and established procedures.
3.1.2 The casting dimensional tolerance unnoted in the product drawing shall meet the requirements of CT7 specified in GB/T 6414-1999.
3.2 Chemical components
3.2.1 The chemical compositions of the castings shall meet the requirements specified in Table 1.
