T/CNFIA 162-2022 General principle of declaration of compliance for food contact materials and articles 1 Scope This document specifies the basic requirements, responsibilities of supply chain stakeholder, working principles, preparation elements and changes to the declaration of compliance for food contact materials and articles. This document is applicable to the preparation of the declaration of compliance for various types of food contact materials and articles and their transmission in the industrial chain. If it is necessary to formulate guidelines for the declaration of compliance for certain types of food contact materials and articles, this document shall be referenced. 2 Normative references The following documents contain requirements which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.
