Article 2 This guideline is applicable to accident survey and management work for special equipment with the specified range of "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment" (hereinafter referred to as "Regulations") and "Provisions on Accident Report, Survey and Management for Special Equipment" (hereinafter referred to as "Provisions").
Article 3 General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "AQSIQ") and local quality and technical supervision department (hereinafter referred to as "quality inspection department in charge of organizing accident survey") develop the accident survey and management work for special equipment according to this guideline, and the entrusted accident survey and management organization for special equipment may assume the specific work of accident survey and management.
