1 Scope
This standard specifies function requirements, performance requirements, audio frequency, interface requirements, reliability requirements, power consumption performance, electromagnetic compatibility, specific absorption rate, battery and charger requirements, etc. of user equipment (UE) of 2GHz TD-SCDMA digital cellular mobile communication network.
