1 Scope
This standard mainly specifies the classification and power level, service, operation requirements, performance requirements, interface requirements, power consumption performance requirements, audio frequency, interface, reliability, electromagnetic compatibility, specific absorption rate, battery and charger requirements, etc. for user equipment (UE) of TD-SCDMA digital cellular mobile communication network.
This standard is applicable to TD-SCDMA digital cellular mobile communication network HSDPA terminal. For HSDPA related requirements, the terminal supporting single carrier HSDPA operation is the required requirements, and R5 terminal can operate normally in R4 network.

1 Scope
