The "Implementation Regulations for Telecommunication Terminal Equipment" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") was prepared according to the requirements of "Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification - Telecommunication Terminal Equipment" CNCA-C16-01:2014) (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), and shall be used together with the Rules as an auxiliary document.
The applicable product scope, certification basis and all other content of the Regulations are consistent with the relevant requirements of the Rules and are subject to adjustment according to the announcement on catalogue definition and adjustment issued by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "CNCA").
CQC formulates and publishes the Regulations according to the requirements of the Rules and in line with the principles of maintaining the validity of product certification, improving product quality, serving for certification enterprises and controlling the certification risk, etc.
The Regulations establishes the classification management requirements of manufacturers, and defines the implementation requirements for product certification of telecommunication terminal equipment in combination with the classification of manufacturers.
