Introduction of GB/T 22427.1-2008

本标准规定了测定淀粉灰分的方法。
本标准适用于灰分质量分数不大于2%的淀粉和变性淀粉，不适用于水解产品、氧化淀粉和含氯量质量分数大于0.2%（以氯化钠计）的样品。其余情况参见GB/T 22427.8。本标准代替GB/T 12086-1989《淀粉灰分测定方法》。
本标准和GB/T 12086-1989相比主要修改如下：
——标准名称改为《淀粉灰分测定》；
——完善了标准格式，按国际单位制规范了单位；
——根据样品的灰分含量不风吹草动，明确了样品的称样量；
——增加了“8 实验报告”；
——增加了“参考文献”。
