―――增加了大肠菌群的平板计数法和纸片检测方法;
―――大肠菌群的MPN(most probable number)法从以乳糖胆盐为主要培养基的MPN法,修改为以月桂基硫酸盐胰蛋白胨(lauryl sulfate tryptose,LST)肉汤为主要培养基的MPN法;
―――大肠菌群MPN法中原“报告每100mL(g)大肠菌群的MPN值”,修改为“报告每1mL(或1g)大肠菌群的MPN值”。
